1. Full payment is required before starting the project. Payments via webshop, PayPal, or invoice (IBAN bank transfer). Payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

2. Standard delivery time is up to 3 working days. Rush orders (up to 24h) cost 50% extra.

3. Up to 3 revisions are included. Please provide as many details and references as possible before we begin.

4. Additional revisions cost 10 EUR each.

5. High-quality photos are required. Extra editing of low-quality photos costs 5 EUR per picture.

6. After the project is finished, we can still add/update information free of charge (example: new titles, health results, achievements).
